These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and phl11 ("phl11", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the phl11 online gaming platform available at phl11.net, including all associated services, games, promotional offers, and account features (collectively, the "Platform").

You agree to provide, upon request and within a reasonable timeframe, any documentation required to verify your identity, age, address, payment method ownership, or source of funds. Failure or refusal to provide requested documentation may result in temporary or permanent restriction of account access and withholding of pending withdrawals.

By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• All slot and RNG-based games use certified random number generation systems that are independently audited for fairness.
• Live casino games are conducted by trained human dealers in real time and are subject to the house rules of the relevant game variant.
• Sports betting results are determined by the outcome of the relevant sporting event. phl11 reserves the right to void bets where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or where the result is subject to an official inquiry.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus terms.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including proceeds of crime or fraud.

phl11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is detected or suspected, to withhold any funds associated with such an account pending investigation, and to pursue all available legal remedies including referral to PAGCOR, AMLC, or Philippine law enforcement where warranted.

phl11 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where phl11 has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, failed KYC verification, or where account closure is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory directive.

You may request closure of your phl11 account at any time by contacting the live chat support team. Prior to account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course, provided your account is in good standing and all KYC requirements have been met. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Players who wish to take a break from gaming may activate phl11's self-exclusion feature, which is available in account settings. Self-exclusion options include cooling-off periods and longer-term exclusion periods. phl11 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption or error. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond phl11's reasonable control — including acts of God, telecommunications failures, or regulatory directives — may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform. phl11 will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and to communicate planned maintenance in advance where practicable.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phl11's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

phl11 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phl11 implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute between you and phl11 arising from your use of the Platform shall first be referred to phl11's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable time, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable.

phl11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phl11 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the contact information held on the account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent amendment.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with Section 8.2 above.
